We had a great time applying the scientific method while using pumpkins as our focus on Oct. 31st!
First, we made estimations!
Then we started to gather data...circumference, weight, height, etc.
We also checked to see if pumpkins float or sink!
Then we cut them open and got messy...collecting all the seeds and goop to count and weigh!
Hard at work writing about our results and counting seeds!!!
Great job, 4th graders!
